Appreciating VGN's safety measures

We are searching for an apartment for a while and utilizing our leisure time during this corona situation for site visits. So far we have gone to several developers and projects. Likewise, we have visited VGN's coasta apartment in ECR. The property is amazing and the sales staff and followups were really impressive. Even at one point, we have removed our face masks. But the sales manager politely insisted us to follow the safety protocols to the betterment of everyone present. Really appreciating VGN's professionalism and responsibility.

I am working as a software engineer in a reputed MNC organization in chennai. After making a decent research throughout my friend circle and family I have booked a flat in VGN. Now I have completed 3 years in this flat with my family. I really wanted to share my review because I feel it was the best decision that I have ever made in my life. The Quality of the flat is high and staff at the flat are very friendly. The environment inside is great and security is also very strong. As for delivery, it has been delivered for me at that right time as they wrote in a letter of allotment. And on my side I was really happy about that. Because as they wrote in the allotment letter they delivered all the promises. Friendly and respectful staff keep the grounds and the amenities clean every day. Rarely crowded workout rooms are open 24/7 and the children's park is so lovely. I love the comfort of elevators and a car parking garage. I have stayed here with my family for around 3 years and feel better than anywhere else. A lovely park that is found in the neighborhood is really beautiful.

The flat that I bought at VGN Temple Town is great and they really kept up with their commitment. The location is good, the community where we are living is great, security and other housing facilities are good and well-maintained. Yet we have trouble with the street lights even after requesting and complaining in the corporation several times.

My experience with VGN is just great. After a long search finally found my cozy apartment. I was impressed after visiting the location. Already a few blocks are occupied and the premises are well maintained. Facilities are just great and lots of kids playing around. I'm yet to move-in and waiting eagerly for hand over, yet I get frequent updates on the construction progress quite often and I appreciate this effort.

There are many Street dogs on the main road once you come out from VGN Stafford.It is Scary to walk with children on the streets and riding bike during late nights. Even though Stafford project has come out very well with large clubhouse, good maintenance, friendly neighborhood etc.but once you step out from Stafford it is a bad experience due to street dog menace.I request Chennai Corporation to take action.

Well it's my dream to live in a beach house and it happened 4 months ago. After lots of thoughts, and hunting, I finally found a secured and peaceful apartments in ECR. I have recently checked on plots that are available for sale in Ambattur and Avadi location. I have a habit of browsing online for reviews before buying any product. Likewise, I checked on VGN and hesitated a little after going through few reviews. But it's not at all what it all says.

I liked the location and went for a site visit. All the process was transparent, neat and I made a good investment on land with them. I recommend VGN Oval Gardens for residential properties in Ambattur.

I’m working as a Sales Manager in a MNC company in Chennai. Usually my pay would be around 50 K per month and it would be sufficient to handle the monthly expenses. I was longing to buy a home in chennai and settle in this golden city of opportunities so that my children would have a good base. I used to receive incentives once in a year and I wanted to invest on a property. Then I came across the property for sale in Tambaram and invested all my savings on 1 ground land. You know what, when I bought the land I was so unsure about my decision as I didn’t have any savings to build a home. Once after the purchase I planned to start a construction but couldn’t due to money shortage. Land value gradually increased and I sold my property few months back and profited multiple times from my initial investment. Now I’m completely happy with the decision I made few years back and I thank VGN for it :) Nandrigal??

Something that I have learner from experience is to be patient while buying land or house. I have been looking for a peaceful and a classy property in Chennai and it took almost 2 years to find the perfect one. I had lot of requirements like it should be accessible to hospitals, markets, school, office, beach, malls and to live in a good community with classy lifestyle, facilities and peaceful environment. Bought a plot within my budget

I am a resident of Avadi. I was looking for a plot within 20 Lakhs. As investing in a property requires a lot of thought process, it took me almost a year to decide which one to go with.

I visited a lot of plots in and around Avadi in the last one year. VGN Crofton Gardens is also a part of my visit. And for an undefined reason, I felt like I should be investing here. But I pretended to be not interested. The builders told me a lot of advantages to buying a plot there. But I am the sort of person who doesn't get convinced that easily. I normally prefer data to build trust. So I began doing research about the plot- the cons and pros. And Yes. According to my, It's a good idea to invest in this.

And fortunately, this was less than my budget. I saved around 4L of my savings. And planning to save it for construction purposes.

There is no large Property within Chennai limits. Vgn only has 60 acres of property in Ambattur purchased from Dunlop many years ago. I brought two plots for both my son and daughter and I have also started the construction of our home. I don’t think there is any inadequacy in documents since my advocate had gone through in detail and vetted the property documents.

The location is excellent with clean air tranquil and peaceful, good connectivity in terms of road and rail, close to malls and shopping areas.

I have just mentioned my personal view on this property.

I work in an IT company in One India Bulls. This property is very close to my office so I have purchased and started the construction of my dream home. This place is quite good and in the heart of the city. Many constructions are in process on the site. Instead of buying a flat with no privacy.

I booked 3 plots in VGN Brent park and I have got my house approval and constructed my house and other two plots my brothers have constructed house and living here. This is my dream come true for 2 reasons . One is wide roads , great greenery , fresh air and it is a 60 acre development and all low rise houses and plots. It is like fresh air and that too in the heart of city. I’m living a very peaceful life.;I really Respect vgn as a company as they have planned the projects so beautifully unlike other builders who build concrete jungles . My office is in IT park and walkable distance and for shopping Anna Nagar and VR mall is just 4 kms or 10 mins drive . Just thought I should share my experience. That’s all. Thanks !!!
Housekeeping service is not done frequently!

I am a happy resident of VGN. The construction quality is fine and the apartment is too good and secure. But the housekeeping people are not coming frequently and it is creating a mess. I requested this to VGN team before. But its not happened. So I am taking this to public forum, if vgn takes responsibility and do this for residents, it would be a great help. Not only me, neighbours also suffering. All here are working women so please take immediate action to ensure frequent housekeepers everyday.
