I have always wanted to enjoy urban life in all the best ways possible and, I was looking for an apartment with good facilities. Here every amenities offered is impressive and is undoubtedly a secured premises.

My friend referred me to VGN's Temple Town project, and I visited with my family to have a look at properties. I liked the peaceful environment and interior plans. And one of the best things would be the clubhouse amenities.

I have bought an apartment in ECR after a very long house hunt. VGN Coasta is what I have been waiting for so long and can't wait anymore to move in. But sadly project handover its getting delayed due to pandemic situation. Seriously can't blame anyone except the outbreak itself. Yet the excitement is much to live under my own roof near beach. Requesting VGN to try and handover as soon as possible.

I had a great experience while visiting this property VGN Notting Hill which is located in Nungambakkam, because it was very luxurious, great facilities, and perfectly planned construction. I always thought that the apartment and the neighborhood should give satisfaction to the price that was being charged. The apartment is in a premium location with easy access to many of the best shopping and restaurants in the city. My point of contact from VGN who explained the facilities was very cooperative and the work is fantastic. He was very honest and helped me to find the most stunning apartment in the heart of the city.

The Market is quit good with builders exploring new area's that have good advantage for customers. For Example VGN Notting Hill project by VGN Property Developers is too good in Nungambakkam area.

This area is touted to be the next big thing as it is spacious enough for planned development yet close to precious area in the city. Mainly they have different kind of techniques and they make diff kind of infrastructure which is not being seen in other developers.
