I am very, very unhappy with the service provided by VGN customer service executive Ms. Neelam. I have bought an apartment in VGN Stafford. I was trying for an home loan and was requesting for the details payment in a letter which I have made to VGN, as it was a requirement for the home loan.


The customer service executive Ms. Neelam was not providing that letter. I am worried why the builder is not cooperating and providing the letter for me to take a loan from the bank I wish.Also the most embarrassing moment was the customer service executive not hearing to my conversation and she replied " Don't waste my time and you can speak to any one you want "


I expect basic humanitarian respect to an individual . I don't how can someone speak to a customer like this .


Is the attitude like this because 80 percent of the payment is made and what are you to me. Until today I had great regard to VGN builders. Is any individual making any difference to the brand .I would like to take this to the attention of VGN builders and the owners of other VGN apartments.
