I have a good experience with Vertex Homes Pvt Ltd, They are very transparent to the customers and dedicated towards the completion of the project. They have proved there caliber since 24 years, I wish all the success in the ongoing and upcoming projects. I came to know that the Vertex is planning to launch 1 project in Hydernagar 1 at Nalagandla and 1 at Vijayawada.
Vertex Panache is one of the projects by Vertex at Kokapet, near to financial district, adjacent to ORR, which is going to be ready by Feb 2018. I have been there and noticed that 80% of work already completed and the internal works are in progress.
Moreover, I have seen the prices of the competitors are at higher side than Vertex, For Example, one of the projects is selling at Rs, 4800 Per Set, where Vertex Panache is selling at Rs.4299/- very competitive price. I suggest this is the right time to buy a Flat in Vertex Panache if they launching Phase 2 there prices will definitely have a raise.
