This builder is a money eater.uses below standard product and even saves single penny n provides worst quality. literally u have to go there everyday and ask them to complete the work as promised.Before buying any property from them just visit Bella Rossa Punawale site and view it the quality n cheapness.n also have word with the buyers .u will get to know the reality.They are beggars actually.Completed 78 flat project in 3 years .work is till going on.give possession without even completing the flat work. and want everything in black money.
