They did not handover the house in the time that was promised and they did not even pay the monthly penalty that you are supposed to pay if you do not handover in time!

The Project was handed over on schedule mentioned in the RERA agreement, All RERA agreements have a delay clause which will be applicable only if the project is delayed.
