Worst facility management services. People are free to dump their waste outside the flats and the facility management supervisors keeps sleeping. See the attached photos, this is H10 block, flat no 28 sector 82. Facility management does not work even after complaints.

Feel bad that even in modi and BJP rule in haryana people asked money in cash. That is the whole idea of selling I resale which builder uses also vatika people ask this normally. Also they have high tension wires above there project and i have never seen those get removed

All properties of Vatika are full of cheats and the developer is least bothered...

They don't honour their own BBA agreement. Large no of customers are stuck up in all the properties of Vatika ..

If possible avoid this ruthless Developer and it's CRM team

Booked in 2013, project not ready till date and no hope for many more months(years!). I have asked for refund post deduction of ernest money(that's max a one sided builder buyer agreement allows them) years ago and the builder is not even responding. They lack intention / honesty / courtsey / money / . all of these.

4 BHK bought in 2013 with expected completion in 2014

Ticket size approx 2.7 Cr, 35% already paid up as scheduled

Builder did not have the licences in place prior to selling

Customer team only interested in receiving payments, no other followups done

Product was overpromised and premium charged not worth it

Builders unwilling to honor the exit clause for Ernest money

Litigation in progress at National High Commission for past 3 years, builder never turns up, asks for hearing deferment which gets agreed to by the court multiple times!

Super late delivery > 5 years since expected completion, still no word on dates

Hugely disappointed and furious.

There is an unbearable stench that comes from this place because it is near a huge dumping ground. No matter how many appeals we have made to the authorities they refuse to look into the matter.

Make sure that you take a receipt from these people because these builders will not leave an oppurtunity to take away your money.

Their pipes and drainage system are not made well and this causes leaves a bad stench and the smell is in the air so we are afraid that it has toxins and can affect our health.

The area of the house is really small! They were trying to sell us a 3 BHK house which has the carpet area of 2 BHK at really high rate, but thankfully we have an idea about carpet areas, so we did not buy the house!

It has been constantly noted that there has been rich deficiency in terms of providing the houses with good furnishing facilities. This is not the accepted case and needs to change. If the furnishing changes, there is a scope of improvement.

This has been a very big cause for many of the parking demand that is generated by a specific group of uses and it is seen that it is not being accommodated on the site of those specific locations or even within the adjacent on-street spaces.

I had a bad experience with this company because they make you sign unfair deals at the time of possession and if you do nt agree, they make your life a living hell and demand 10% extra charges on the flat!

There have been many cases where the experts in the real estate industry have feared a price hike by 30 to 40 percent which is besides the unrealistic prices that the developers are seen quoting if they charge on super built up areas as compared to carpet area.
