Vaswani Group does not deliver what they promise. All thier projects have unsatisfied customers. They do not deliver on time while they take the money upfront based on time. Also items promised and written in signed deeds are not provided and cheap m...aterials substituted.

The standard of construction is poor, the quantity of cement is very little, there is no supervision at any stage and the plaster peels off, even their latest projects20defects.

It is impossible to get people and things to move and a small defect like leakage in bathroom due to improper fitting takes over a month to fix and that too temporarily. The higher ups wash their hands off and the tenants have to do it themselves.  Read More
