This building looks so good from outside, but the finishing of this place is very bad from inside. Cement in falling off at some places. There is a bad odor that comes from the pipelines and drainage system not being well maintained and good!
Not a good property to invest!

This place has problems like water seepage and leakages. You will not feel like you are living in your own house because there are so many restrictions that the builders place on you. You even have to take permission from the builders to make new furniture in your house by showing them the designs! I mean what!

Waiting since last 4 years, No possesion till no for Orhid valley Plant. seems fraud site.

People are cheap. you will only get the 2 month later date when you ask for the possesion. Be alert before spending your money. Better to go with different company.

Couldn’t find 0 star to give this fraud company. The are Pathetic people. Took the registration amount and after 1 year didn’t return it. Still fighting to get the money back. The owners and employees have stopped taking call whatsapp and everything.

Dear All, Vasundhara group is a fraud company, they have taken full amount for plot in lotus valley but now they are telling they dont have RERA and I am waiting for last 1 and half year, even their other township like Orchid valley also fraud. This company is backed by some politically motivated people who are utilizing public money for their elections so I am scared now if even I will get my money back.

My father gave this company a contract to make our 3 BHK apartment at alambagh lucknow.

Initially they told us that they will complete the construction before my sisters wedding which is almost 7 months later.

After getting contract they started to work on my site from 6th day onwards.after two weeks when me any my father went overthere to check the pregress they just finished two bloody walls.the manger told that he did't get material from company thats why he get late.

My father contacted to company office and wrote a letter to his senior officers.

Again my father went there again he got the same results.

He went overthere several times, wrotes letters, asking help from mangers but still they are doing exactly in previous way.

When my sister's marriage become closer my father took strict action overthem and complaint to Dm then only they started working properly and finished the construction when marriage is just 5 days left.

Somehow within 2-3 days we compete all the other things but still we are not able to gave to final finishing of appartment.

Im totally frustrated over this company will take action soon.
Vasundhara Groups not Good for Lucknow

Vasundhara Group are very good but not suitable on the land of Lucknow as Vasundhara are famous for Orchid Valley which is rarely possible in Lucknow and now Lucknow is developing very fast and it will require skyscraper not the Orchid Valley. Their Customer Service is fine but not up to the mark, as they will not be able to attract more customer. project Implementation is not very easy for the Vasundhara Group as they need the proper environment which they will not get in lucknow

I really impress after knowing that Vashundhra have such good future plain so I book a plot in his Sultanpur site because as we know very well there would be create IT city soon so if we will think about business so we get good idea see there can be build new residential project new hotels and many thing so at last I want to say we are civilians of India so that is time to shoe our responsibility and keep that idea ahead.

Also I recommend vasundhara group to investor because there service is very good and I suggest to invest in his sultanpur site because IT city will create soon.

Vasundhara groups sold us house in jankipuram extension, sector 6, Regal Residency, Lucknow.

House is good when you see the interior look.  But from inside its plaster is very weak, several of times we did call the plumber and other labour persons for the mistakes they done.

We liked the home because they made the houses in Row form. They promised that they will make the roads and put Gate to coverup the colony. We are sifted in our new house since 2 months back. Now they are not doing anything, else they just giving excused that the Row houses are made by 4 builders, only two builders are ready for main gate and two are denying.

These are the new talks that they never told before in the time of buying process happened.

So, Please beware before buying house to them because they are doing the same row house projects in the various part of lucknow.

Still I haven't got my possession letter.
