This is the worst society i have ever seen. Daily electricity cut of more than 3 hours ( only in thus society). Maintenance department is under builder only and he has recruited all goons and nobody tries to listen the voice of residents.

I am sharing my experience till now. Flat layout is good and well ventilated but when it comes to work, I found that their process is not well organized. For example there is no one to check quality of work going on. A major issue is that In order to make your flat ready, they take 100% payment. Now, for builder, it is over and you can keep on asking their staff for flat status. In my case, I did not get any communication after 100% payment that my flat is ready for possession. At last when visiting the site periodically once they said flat is ready, there were so many small small things to be completed. Overall my experience has not been a pleasant one.So, don't get just impressed by sample flat which they will show in same society.

it's totally unprofessional builder. I have paid 100% payment on time but till date i have not received my flat , handover date was July 2018. I have filed the case in rera.

no provision for AC/cooler in room. you will not get society feelings. it's just GDA flat. construction quality also not good.They demand 2 year advance maintenance charges. lot of working is pending. in emergency All residents will not able to assemble at park.

I think it's totally waste of money.

Vasu Infrastructure pvt ltd is worst and pathatic building company in rajnagar extension. His societies are Fortune Residency and Agrawal heights have poor quality of construction and higher maintenance charge. In rainy season all the basement parking looks like a water fall and cever waters are spreads into basements parking. No one is ready to hear as complaints. if you want to bring your car from outside of parking area then you only you have one option which you need to go through dirty cever waters in then take your car.

Builder has local Tyagi gundas and a lot of chamchas in society. poor quality of flooring and wall materials all the things are going as bhagwan bharose.

but for customer attraction, it is showing alot of decoration on main gate and open areas, if you need reality check, so contact residential's which are living here more than 6 months but beware from chamchas. if you contact with chamchas then you cannot get real information.

if you are living in this society, then you need to pay more than 3000 rs as a fix charges without using any electricity and facilities. if you used electricity then it will add in additional charges. So on an average 5000 rs you need to pay each months. DG rate is highest compare to Delhi NCR societies. this is local builder but charges is more than branded builder. DG rate is 18.5 Rs per unit which is higher than other societies in whole delhi ncr.

In additional this builder hired all the chor staffs .your money will auto deducted from prepaid meters without any reasons. if you are gunda then you will able to refund after a lot of fights neither leave as donation to building company.

Maha chor builder. As per my suggestion please do not buy any flats or home from this builder. Builder Name Vasu Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. His societies are Fortune Residency, Agarwal Heights etc

Hello friends I am share with you my personal experience with Vasu infrastructure. They are good of his  words.

My many friends booked a flat through Vasu infrastructure. Their flat is already complete.  Now they take position in their flat.

They are happy and satisfied with the service of Vasu infrastructure. When my friends recommended me to book a flat through Vasu infrastructure.

First time I thought but I booked to see their satisfaction. After booking there is not any problem to pay installment. In between we go to see the flat what is the position right now of my  flat. When I go to see this their staff behavior is so good. My flat is complete almost. The work in flat so good as they speak I am very happy to see that.
