Hello,

I am holding a flat from the Shirwal project. I suppose to get the possession in 2016-17. but till today Jan 2020, project is incomplete and no visibility on getting possession.

Website no. goes invalid, no satisfactory response from staff which keeps on changing. There is no sense of responsibility from the developer.
False promises and poor quality work

Many problems with Vastushodh builder:



  • Delay in construction



  • Poor response from the team and inadequate information being shared



  • Poor quality work, many issues existing even after delayed possession



  • The necessary and promised amenities are not provided





I will suggest everyone to avoid making any transacion with Vastushodh. Though they claim to have completed various projects, these issues have been recurring across projects.
