A complete messed up maintainance vaastu system

As promised earliar about all the 24hrs electricity, water supply24×7, garbage disposal system. Believe me, they gonna leave you with a drastic condition after completion of your flat. They listen to no complaint. I am a resident of vaastu vihar, hardag sector unit. And condition here can't be more worst. Garbage garbage everywhere, not a single person interested to clean any mess up. Electricity almost gone for a week now. Water wont reach the upper elevated homes and what else. Completely feels like one should never buy a single thing from VAASTU VIHAR. Below attaching a night pic without a single light on dated 17 march.2019 @6:40pm
