Worst Builder..Took advance..unfortunately had to cancel...accepted penalty for 2L...had to return 11.5L...following since 1.5years.got cheque which got bounced..still not returned the balance amount..Head Ravindra kumar is a big cheat..While booking the customer treatment was good..while cancellation we saw their real face...Worst...Cheat...Please don't book and get cheated...Construction Quality is also very poor..cheap materials are used...Be Careful...

I have visited the project a month ago. it is at a walk able distance from Manyatha tech park. Good residential area to live in. As my wife is working at manyatha tech park we personally would like to buy our dream home and suggest my family and friends.

Worst Builder.Booked 4 flats as a family.Unfortunately had to cancel.Accepted 2L for penalty.More than6 months gone.Still not returned 8.25L.behind Ravindra Kumar. Cheat.going to consumer forum.Full cheat.fraud.Full false promise.Worst person.Cheat cheat.
