We stayed in vandana earls court apartment for a brief period and felt it was the worst apartment we ever stayed with our 5 years old daughter getting frequently hospitalized due to air & dust pollution from nearby roads digging, smoke from garbage burning & polluted open drains. The apartment was poorly maintained without proper cleaning and housekeeping. There were also incidents of thefts taking place inside the apartment.

We decided to leave the apartment as it was becoming unbearable to live in an unhealthy environment with such pollution for our daughter as her health and studies were getting badly affected.

I would suggest buyers to stay away from Vandana Earl's Court project in kudlu and also the builder Vandana Infra. This is a fraud project from a fraud builder! Some major reasons include:

1) There is no OC, CC, Khatha, NOC and no proper building documents.

2) Large scale deviations from the sanctioned plan.

3) The builder is involved in civil and criminal cases for selling some flats twice to two different people.

4) Parking irregularities.

5) shoddy maintenance and poor construction quality.

On top of all this once the builder sells the flat he a shows high handedness and high brazeness!

Residents are now suffering in the hands of this builder and are at the mercy of the civic authorities.

I would advise people not to waste their hard earned money on such errant builders who have no sense of any morality and act as if they are above the law.

Poor maintenance with rampant corruption by the un-elected committee.

99% of good people being cheated and defrauded by the fraud builder, landowners and his agents sitting in the committee.

Big BWSSB fraud without any permissions.

Project is one of the worst in the locality with no OC, CC, NOC obtained from any building authority.

Strictly Avoid.
