Horrible experience with Vakil Daffodils, Bangalor

Review On Vakil Housing Development Corporation, Bangalore

I had booked a flat A 205 in Vakil’s Daffodils, Chandapura, Bangalore.I liked the property as it was ready to move .I was supposed to do the next payment of 10% last week. My sister was talking to get some better price and it seems Syed the sales guy overheard this conversation and made a decision to get my booking cancelled at any cost.

Syed the sales guy says that we have cancelled the booking because we did not talk to him the way he wanted it seems. We never asked him to cancel our booking . We were never rude to him and this cancellation came as a surprise.I talked to Syed several times so that this can be sorted out but looks like he is not at all a sensible person and is very arrogant( for the reasons he should already know)

Pathetic experience! If Vakil will have this kind of sales person then problems can get only complicated and can never be solved.He seems to be very egoistic, irrespective of so many requests he is doing what he wants to do . Very unprofessional person.

Everytime I call to Vakil's office, they give some generic answer and ask to talk to Syed, who is not at all professional.Can I speak to some responsible senior person and can explain the whole situation? Will appreciate if can get some interference from Management here.
