It has been seen during the past few property transactions that the buyers fail miserably to provide many of the Property papers which involve Encumbrance Certificate, latest Tax Paid Receipts that are very hard core essential during the closure of the deal.

There have been many instances where the developers have not been providing clear cut picture so as to enable the buyers to accurately scrutinize the different kinds of amenities before they head towards visiting the site for final clarification

No amenities and facilities.

They had promised us so many amenities and facilities, but the gym hardly has any functional euipments and the area for the swimming pool has been dug but there is no water in in.

Problems during the rainy season.

This place has so many issues during the rains. It floods like crazy even if the rains are not heavy and water seeps through the ceiling.

Over-hyped the project.
