The maintenance fee here is simply too high and we cannot understand why because the complexes in the neighbourhood have the same facilities yet they charge very less maintenance.

As per the governments rule, Builder should show the carpet area to the customer and also show the plinth area separate to carpet area. But instead of what is been charged is the saleable area which is also the super built-up area instead of the carpet area.

Do not buy from this builder at any cost. They make false promises and take money from trusting buyers and fail to deliver even a single project. You will be naive to expect that you will get your hard earned money back and the interest rate that they promised in case the project got cancelled at the time of booking!

As per the governments rule, All permissions should be attained before a sale is to be taken and the permit number should be shown in their website and project. But this is not the case and for many of the builders out there who try to dismiss the permit number should be fined.
