I have been staying at oakland apartment which is on Hosur main road from past 2 and half months. Apartments looks good with all nbasic amenities. The residents are very helpful. There were few 1, 2, 3 bhk flats left when we bought. Thanks to Upkar developers for making our dream of buying home true.

I was looking for better investment option from a long time then I came to know about Upkar projects via news paper ad. Then I immediately called and asked more details about the project as it was very close to my place where I currently stay. Had a free site visit then I booked villa plot immediately as they were offering special discount as festival offer.

I was looking for sites near Electronic city, Bangalore. Then I came to know about Upkar Developers project that is Upkar Meadows which is located in Kyalasanahalli which is very close to my work place. I purchased site at a reasonable price. Thanks to upkar sales team who gave us all the related documents which is clear and marketable title. I have taken opinion from my lawyer before I registered the plot. As upkar has promised about the amenities they have delivered.
