Upkar has launched a new project near chandapura. We came to know about this project via paper ad. The project is under development stage. The layout has got very less number of sites when compared to Upkar's other projects inventory. Since it is approved by RERA guess it will be sold within less time. We have booked 2 sites after the documentation procedure by our lawyer. thank you Upkar team.

Upkar spring valley project is very nice and maintained very well. We registered a site recently. Thanks to the sales team of Upkar especially Mr. Keshqv who helped in closing the deal by explaining the benefits of investing in this project. I have recommended my friends and relatives as well to invest in the spring valley project.

The project is closely located to hosur industries and IT park. It is ready with all the amenities, roads with good condition and water facility. Many families are already staying in this location and many house are under construction. We are also planning to contact the house very soon.

Project is located near Electronic city phase 1 and very near to the companies in jigani, Electronic city and bommasandra. As it is close to the nice road you can easily reach kengeri, banneraghatta road via nice road in very less time.

Registered a site number 125 in Upkar Royal Garden Sector 2 project at zuzuwadi, Hosur. Royal garden is 20 minute drive from electronic city, Jigani and bommasandra industrial areas. The project consists of landscaped gardens along with wide roads. The layout is very well maintained and looks nice. Great job by Upkar developers.
