Took one villa plot in Upkar meadows project near electronic city and after four years I sold the site at good price nearly I got rupees 800 per square feet appreciation and the upkar developers helped me to close the deal. I am impressed with their cooperation and further I am planning to invest in their habitat attibele and spring valley hosur bagalur project.
