Upkar Estates is definitely a big scam as they are not true to their word. The home that I purchased was pledged to be spacious but it is the complete opposite. Even the entire housing complex is not maintained at all! Very disappointed with Upkar Developers as they are just cheating people and charging such a hefty price for houses that do not have any value for money.
