Purchased residential villa site recently at Upkar Meadows. I am very happy about because I was searching for a site near my work place that is Electronic City. I searched so many other developer projects but most of them had one or the other issues with respect to documents. But Upkar has all the original documents and approvals from necessary authority.

Fraud developers. Please check the papers correctly. I have a land in Upkar Residency, one of their old layouts. This is now acquired by BDA and has a lot of problems and Upkar is least bothered to help us out.

Stay away from this developer........we all have contacted upkar many times....once they have sold the land they are not with us.....  Read More
