It is really worst experience with Upkar Developers specially in regard with Transparency and behavior. They are very nice when you plan to buy the plot and after purchasing I found that the developer is completely fraud. Please chech RERA notificati...on against the developer for Upkar Habitat. Upkar Habitat is de-notified by RERA and is under serious scrutiny. They are using the fake conversion orders. Also, care is filed against Upkar developers for Fraud in Upkar residency. This layout is partially acquired by BDA. Please contact me if you need to know more about upkar.
