Some of the issues / cheatings done by builder so far

Multiple Issues:

1) Increased super area without sending any details and no increase in carpet area in violation of BBA demanded 80% money in 30 days

2) EDC/IDC while reduced by government but not adjusted by Builder

3) 24% penality charged by builder

4) car parking is a TCP approval in place.

So in short all type of cheatings are possible so be aware of Universal Buildwell PVT LTD Gurgaon
