Unexpected price increases, delays in projects

Unlike expected from a reputed builder the results had been like dealing with a local builders.

Recently got a notice that they have increased super build up area and I would have to pay 4.5 lacs more than what was agreed 4 years back while the sale was made! All this without even notifying what changed, when was this planned. Forget about taking consent about the changes; it's just thrust upon you.

Usual project delays, no clarity about any plans, charges or responses to queries.

It might be acceptable from a local builder given the conditions in real estate business, but not from Unitech after paying 3 times the price you get from other builders!
