Unitech launched this project by name Unihomes 3 in 2011. They had promised to deliver the project in 30 months. Many people bought with subvention plan, in which more than 90% payment was done to Unitech on loan taken in name of buyer. After completion of almost 30 months, work is done only for two towers A1 and A6. Rest all towers are in the initial phases with just ground floor completion. Moreover work for A1 and A6 has stopped now. We had booked our flats thinking that Unitech is a brand name in real estate but I am very disappointed by the progress of the project. Even other projects by Unitech namely Unihomes 1, 2 and Unitech Residences have not been delivered. But the money collected from us is being used by Unitech for commercial projects like Signature Tower 2 which was delivered in no time. Builder is charging us interest @ 18% for any delayed payments, but for delay on their part, they would pay Rs 5 per square feet. We have been paying our EMIs as well as rents because of no fault of ours.

God only know whether we will get our flats or not. Our we have already lost our hard earned money and are paying interest on the bank loan.

I have booked 2 bhk of 899 sqrft in unihomes 3 noida sector 113 in march 2012 and possession was promised after 36 month but till now only ground floor structure is build up looking yhe construction speed they are not going to give posession after 2020.looking at the construction speed even PNB, HDFC HAS DTOPPED LOAN FISBUTDRMENT.builder asking demand but how to pay as banks are mot giving loan.so now our hard earned mony is with builder and we are no where.its really tough to to survive by giving email and rent and just waiting hopelessly

I booked my flat in Unihomes 3 project, in january 2012 and was promised that possession will take place by 2014 december.But sadly they are yet to start construction from grounfloor.I have already paid 50% amount but I believe they might complete this project by 2050 with this speed.

These Chandra brothers roam around in their Sedan cars which has been financed by people like us that is why we say in india "rich people are becoming more richer and poor people are becoming more poorer".

Unihomes is a fraud project .None of the project with the name of Unihomes has been delivered.

Its a planned move from Unitech to cheat people and rob them of their hard earned money.

I made the booking in one of the projects of Unitech, Unihomes 3, Noida phase 2 in feb'12 and while booking they told the project completion as well as possession date some where around in Dec'2014 but till now even ground floor construction not completed but if you delay their payment even for single day they will charge 18% interest straight away.

What will you say to such cheaters?

I had booked my flat in Uni homes 3( The most unfortunate day of my life) which is located at sector 113, Noida in Dec'2011 and as per agreement, it was suppose to be delivered within 30 months, but till date they have not even competed the first floor roof of my tower( A3).

I understand that there can be some genuine reasons delay of 6 month to 2 years in delivering the project due to some ground level challenges, but I can bet that there would a delay of 6 - 8 years if Unitech would continue to with same pace of work as they have build just the 1 floor in past 2 and half year approx.I can bet that even a local builder can make 10 towers( 12 - 15 floors) within this span of time.

I had some bad experiences with some other builders as well but I must say that the Unitech is the worst of all.They are the master of cheaters. Unitech just don't value their customers who have givin them such huge business.They are just playing with the emotions of thousands of peoples whose hard earned money has been stuck in this project and they are eagerly waiting to get their homes but Unitech is least bothered. They just want to earn money by making false commitments.

I am sure that Unitech management would not get time to read all these reviews as they are busy fooling people with new projects to cover their debts, but I am sure that one day have to suffer big time because of their shameful acts.

Hi All,

With great pain we are writing this review to make all concerned aware that we have booked a 2 Bhk / 899 sq ft apartment on Jan 2012 with a completion deadline of Aug 2014, but as of today about 20-25% construction has been done and stalled by real estate developers UNITECH.

We a team of about 500-600 genuine buyers are walking hand in hand to streamline Unitech intents and come to terms for delivery of this units as soon as possible and at the same time deferred date of delivery shall call in for interest to paid on a rate of 18%/month of actual delay.

UNITECH by and large is in troubled waters and now have to think positively in the interest of the Unihomes 3 buyers as our hard earned money is at stake.We are all in for a mass movement and shall in due course pull out the top officials who are the think tank behind this menace and liable for this delayed constructions and untimely delivery of the project.

While on the subject, we hum the same slogan, "united we stand and focused we meet"

I purchased Unitechs' Unihomes 3, Sec 113 Noida Project in Jan 2012 and was promised delivery in 30 months.After having paid  about 15 lakhs my building has not gone beyond the 4th floor.Numerous approach to the relevant department has only been greeted with answers like" Possession by 2016 or 2017. There is no accountability nor concern for the customers who are languishing after having invested their hard earned money in this project.

I went to Unitech thinking they are buliders of repute and will fufill their promise but now the whole experience is turning out to farce and one mental and physical harassment.

While their commercial projects are being churned out on time the residential projects are languishing.

The whole project seems to be scandulous, scrupulous and a big fraud.to add to salt to the wound the banks PNB Housing Finance and HDFC have stopped disbursing loans due to the snail pace of project.

I would warn any prospective buyer from buying their projects.

I booked flat in Unitech Uniworld garden-2 and as per agreement, Unitech was suppose to give possession by September-2011. I haven't got possession yet and just one block out of 4 is ready. Unitech is giving excuse about approach road which caused the delay. It is just hog wash.

Please do not invest in Unitech.

It's a company run by few culprits who does not have any credibility to its consumers. 3 years ago I have bought a flat in Unihomes3, noida. They have sold around 200 flats in this project. Unitech has trapped thousands of innocent middleclass buyers, I have given my hard earned money to unitech and after taking my money these guys went into sleeping mode.

There is no hope from unitech to delivering this project in 4-5 years. Unitech has decided to handover this project to buyers at least in 7 years and he will earned hefty interest from the middle class people in this 7 years.

Unitech has lost his reputation and playing cheap tricks to earn money. Stay away from unitech.

I had booked a 2 bkh 899 sqft apartment in Unitech Unihomes 3 in Noida sector 113 on  2012 .My unit is B3 507. As per the allotment letter Unitech was supposed to hand over the possession within 30 months from the date of allotment.So far they have completed only the casting and after that stopped the construction since 1.5 years.They have done similar delays for Unihomes1 & 2.So, i am feeling it would take another 5 years to handover the flat.I have gone by name of Unitech only without looking other things.Since Unitech has delivered big projects in Gurgaon.But now I am felling helpless as I m paying both EMI & House rent.

In the attached image you can see the status since 1.5 years.

Please guys dont purchase from Unitech like us.

Once considered to be a brand that inspired customers confidence has now just become just another name in the real estate world.

I booked in their Unihomes 3 project in Jan'12 with a possession date of 30 months. With more than 30 months passed the construction on my tower has happened till fourth floor only and the builder has to make 14 floors. The total project has 4 wings with 6 towers in each wing and none of the towers are near completion. You will hardly find workers on the site and the excuse that I have been listening to since last two years is, "problem with the vendor".

This is not what I paid to hear? Where is the management, what are they doing? Sleeping or using our funds to fund their other projects.

Unitech has cheated hundreds of innocent buyers like me.

Unitech has been known for delay in completing its residential Projects. Again like Unihome1, 2 & various other Projects in which either the Unitech has not given the possession or given delayed possession beyond reasonable time, it came up with scheme of Unihome 3.

I booked a flat in B2 tower in August 2012 with expected delivey in 30 months. It is already 24 months & builder has not completed work upto first floor. No one knows when will we get the possession of our dream home. Hope the management of Unitech do something to protect their falling goodwill in the market.

Unitech is considered the 2nd biggest group but I think they are No 1 in cheating. They have launched multiple projects in Noida since 2009 including Unihomes 1-3. Even after 3-5 years, they have not given possession of any single project and infact the ground reality is for many towers for which they have collected more than 50% payment, no construction has started. I have a unit in Unihomes 3 which was bought in 2011. I have done more than 80% payment but there are no signs of completion. Moreover even though I made my last payment in May 2014, I am still getting reminders for payment along with interest.

I am going to put a case in consumer court along with other members.

Booked in JUn 2012 with BSP of 3420 no value of money as an investor or end user Once you have booked sleep for eternity . Last demand I paid was 19 months back since then NO PROGRESS customer care

or whaever they call it smiles says happily next two months always for the past 19 months for floor completion They simply do not care as they have our hard earned money now Request you to think twice why think do not dare to think to buy Unitech Property better gamble with the money probablity of making money is higher there than this.

Unitech is a big name in the real estate industry,

as they say, "Naam bade darshan chote" on this line, Unitech has proved that this is actually correct.

I invested in this project having in my mind that I will get the posession in 30 months and on top of that I will be able to earn some rent even though rent money will actually be part of my bank EMI's, Also property rates spikes will results in good return,

However, what has happened is totally different, Bank has stopped funding this project so I have to pay the installments on my own, posession date has passed and work is still in progress, which essentially means that I have to pay EMI from my pocket(No rent), and as an investor if I would have invested this money in any fixed deposit, it would have given me better fixed return.

I would strongly recommend to DO NOT put your money in Unitech projects. it is like a sinking ship and no one wants to board a sinking ship. until unless you think otherwise.

They are a bunch of thugs. They will take your money and vanish. Unihomes in noida not yet delivered. Thieves in suits and tie. Don't invest your hard earned money with them. The company is even rumoured to be bankrupt now. Please don't call in their trap and go for some other real estate company.
