Review On Unitech, Gurgaon

I had booked a 2 bedroom 899 sqft apartment in Unitech Unihomes 3 in Noida sector 113 in A1 tower in about 31 lacs. As per their allotment letter Unitech was supposed to hand over the possession within 30 months from the date of allotment which is August 2014. So far they have completed only the structure and after that stopped the construction.The finishing of the whole tower will take minimum 2 years if they continue the work. My apartment is in A1 tower and they have stopped the work in this tower as they have collected 95% of the payment from most of the buyers. Now they have started the structure in other tower and they will do the same thing with every tower. They had been doing this with all their projects. Unihomes 1 and 2 possession was due in 2012 and its still not completed. The buyers in these projects are running pillar to post. Many have filled cases in various consumer forums. Please do not invest in any of the Unitech projects as their possessions are delayed by 3 to 5 years and the company has committed fraud with many buyers by duping them with their hard earned money.

If there was any ZERO star I would have given that. One star only for that reason. They dont deserve that.
