Unitech Unihomes 3: - A dream became nightmare!!!

I have booked a flat during first half of 2012 but have not seen any significant development even after paying 70% of the total cost. During booking, it was told that flat will be delivered in 36 months but the kind of development happening, not sure when we will get our dream home.

Further, EMI and rent at the same time taking toll on us. Hence, our demand to Unitech is to provide possession within promised deadline failing which, they have to give us interest of 18% on our investment.

Feeling trapped!
