Unitech Group Big Cheaters in Real Estate

I had booked  a  flat  in  Unitech  Unihomes  3  project  sector  113  NOIDA  in  Janu
ary  2012., As per the  allotment  letter  they were supposed  to  give possession  in 30  months  time which has been  completed  in July  2014.   The flat costs  around 32 Lakhs out of which 25 laks have been paid by me as and when  demanded  by the company.   But till  now only super  structure  work has been  done and after  that  work has been stopped reasons  not  known to any investor in this project. I have been  paying  huge amount  of  EMI as well  as  paying  for  rent.  This UNITECH  Group  is a big fraud.   Please do not invest  in  any of their project and if you have already  invested  in their projects try to come out.   their reputation  in the open mar ket is very bad.   I will  give zero  star for their work
