Cheated by Unitech

Review On Unitech, Gurgaon

I have booked a flat on December 2012 in D1 Tower but have not seen any significant development even after paying 50% of the total cost. During booking, it was told that flat will be start construct within month & delivered in 36 months but the kind of development happening, not sure when we will get our dream home.

Further, EMI and rent at the same time taking toll on us. Hence, our demand to Unitech is to provide possession within promised deadline failing which, they have to give us interest of 18% on our investment.
