My hard earned money deposited with the builder with stalled project for years at sector 1 noida extension Unibera Homes. Builder not bothered to abide by time frame, no adherence to RERA, etc. Do not foresee construction happening as of now. PLEASE AVOID WASTING YOUR FUNDS AND NOT TO INVEST WITH UNIBERA.

Wolf in Sheep clothing stuck whith this developer since 2012 but no hope on flat delivery.

Developer has been fooling people that delivery will be done before Diwali, aub to jaane kitni Diwali mana li but pata nahi flat kub milega.

Also everytime I visited site since last 5 years they say possession soon but in reality mimimum labour was working on site.

Builder need to be praises for the excuses in delay

Worst buldiers I have ever seen. They show the dreams but nothing is in reality. No ground work. Booked in year 2012 possion date is in 2015 but still don't know when we get our home may be in 2030 it will be completed.

One of the worst society, every thing is on paper nothing on the ground. Maintenance is there only to take money. Electric meters are manipulated to show 2-3 times higher bills. You have to pay electric bill in pre paid but no one knows wether mentainance office is paying your bill to NPCL. Lift stop working every second and third day. No security of vehicles. No guards on the tower, only 2-3 guards on the main gate. Construction quality is so good that you can scrap plaster with your bare hands. Dogs barks at night and disturd your sleep. No dustbins present on floors or building, cleaning staff are on contract basis and their contract ends every week. If you request for plumber or electrician from mentainance only two possibilities are there, either they are having their lunch or they are on the way and the best thing is that neither their lunch is going to finish or they reach office in near future, so better to use urbanclap. But they are not going to compromise with the mentainance charge which is deducted from your prepaid meter recharge every morning at 7:10 am. Thead of the maintenance is a old man who is very arrogant and short tempered. Better not to argue with him because he has high BP problem and he shout so much that start having BP seizures and you will be responsible for that. So living in Unihomes is like paying bill and never complain for not getting services.

Since the builders have been consistently seen to be finishing off the corpus fund and has although submitted accounts for the said period, refuses to maintain the society. Now the owners have been facing grave issues since the documents are not been submitted to the owners.

It has been since several months that flat purchasers did not shell out extra money for parking whether it was for open or stilt. Despite of this, the consultants have been seen charging extra fees. This should not be the case ideally.

There have been a number of automobile cases where the vehicles have been from out of the town and have been accommodated from the neighbourhood cities and areas. This needs to improve so that there is better accommodation for in-house vehicles.

When we asked to be shown the documents they showed us all the documents except the one which proves that the land on which the building is to be constructed is non-agricultural, so we did feel like something is fishy here and did not go ahead with the booking!

Social infrastructure lags behind in terms of proper construction that needs to be taken care of by providing adequate raod facilities, proper connectivity, good transport facilitation, good food services, proper grocery and emergency services if need be.

The Live chat option is very helpful. I used it when I was evaluating the courses on the site and then again when I wanted some clarification on some of the feature on the content.

The response to requests are positive and informed.

The elearning structure is very good and broken into small enough pieces so that it does not seem daunting.

One of the suggestions would be to have more class room trainings between 14:30 and 16:30 IST
