Ashwani_2k & jx16 Stop making baseless feedback and don’t confuse the customer who really believe in these reviews on internet. I have seen your timeline with full of negating feedback. I’m also Unishire client and I don’t have any complain about them and they are doing very good job and delivering the quality product within the given time. I am also totally satisfied with their build quality.

So if anyone planning for real estate investment just don’t worry about the negative feedback, being a customer I can recommend you Unishire, you will not disappoint.

Unishire Builder- Pathetic Quality of Construction

The construction quality at Unishire is pathetic. The property was handed over 6 months ago after a delay of 1 year. Now I discover that there are seepages in the roof. A friend staying in the top floor found her bedroom flooded with water.The water closets are leaking and water is flowing down to the flat below. The false ceiling in the bathroom fell down. I've spent close to 20, 000 in just repairing things that they have left so shabbily. Please be forewarned. Do not invest in Unishire

Basically it's a well structured project, with good amenities.project is at prime location , few minutes by walk from Manyata Tech park.I am happy for investing in this apartment.

Fundamentally Terraza is a great project. The project was delayed however OC is obtained and since then close 80 percentage buyers have registered. Facilities have improved since OC is received. COVID didn't make things easy in terms of pace.

I Have gone through numerous project near to manyata tech park. I Found this is the best project. Good things often come to those who wait.even though I waited me and my family are very happy with our apartment at unishire terraza. VALUE FOR MONEY.

I have a 2BHK apartment with Unishire the project name was The Haven, Padmanabha Nagar. I’m happy with their services even after shifting in flats they are always there to help and support with any issues.

They even made some changes after delivering the flat. So I’ extremely happy with them. If anyone want to invest in real estate just go for it will be your good investment Unishire is right place to make investment.
