Unishire hands down is the worst developer you can go with.

It is better to cancel your allotment(if you have booked a flat) and invest your hard-earned money in a better project. Unishire is no longer going to be Unishire as they are bankrupt and are evading payment to many customers. All their projects are on hold in Bangalore because of lack of funds(however, they blame it on RERA registration cost).

Unishire was earlier called Ratna Kamal Holdings Limited. Read about them here

Unishire is now trying to merge with a company from Mumbai(for funding) and god knows what will happen to the projects

Stay cautious.. They may ask you to give a positive feed back to issue the cheque. Unishire is the only company that has an agreement clause that buyers should not give any negative feed back in social website.

Hi mbtmumbai1, I understand what you are saying... But they can't do squat cause RERA has come into the picture. Submit a written complaint to the RERA committee and they will ensure that the money is returned in good time.
