Paid the full amount but flat not ready yet

I booked a flat in Jaipur 2.5 years back on January 2015 . They said that the flat would be ready by July2016. According to the agreement, I had to pay 90% of the amount at the time of booking. I had to pay the rest 10% at the time of possession.

On March 2017 I got a call from their office saying that the registry was required to be done, and for that I need to pay the rest 10% . They said that the flats would be ready to move in by May2017.

I travelled all my way from delhi to jaipur for that and did the registry. And since then I didn't recieve their call nor do they pick my call.
