Positive - Deals only in white money.

Negative - Will never tell u the truth regarding building layout, parking& possession etc. Possession has been delayed for more than 2 years in the first project itself . They will not provide you any compensation for delays. Management will never meet you& keep giving excuse through junior staff etc. Don't buy any flats in any of the projects. Caveats Emptor. They have launched several other projects - conclaves, boulevard, stadium view, keemaya heights, andheri east etc. But, I am 100% sure they will never fulfill the commitments . Hence, better to avoid investing in any of the projects for your inner peace.
