Tycoons Group, Kalyan

Recently I have booked a flat in this project in Kalyan, and I am very happy about my new property, and I feel that I have made a right decision.

This review is to share my experience of the project. Tycoons Central Park is a lavish 30 storey residential cum commercial project right in the heart of Kalyan City which is just 1 hour away from Mumbai.

Kalyan station being a junction and the recent inclusion of Kalyan in MMR region has gave a lot of boost to residential market in this area. The projects location does the talking for itself as the location is King and unbeatable on NH222 right next to Birla College Kalyan.

The project has got swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and all modern amenities.I would suggest that the people in Kalyan and suburbs who want to upgrade their life that this is the best project.

It has got a good brand name in market and the staff and management is also very good and helpful in nature.
