Please stay away from these builders. One of the worst customer service ever offered. They are very happy to take payment but when it comes to deliver on the promise to handover they essentially run away by not answering any calls. I can’t believe this is the type of service that people provide after getting paying so much!

I understand that construction delays happen but the way they communicated this is extremely poor. No one is accountable here!

These people are not professional. They bother only about Money. Customer service and satisfaction is zero. We have to follow lot of times to get the work done from them. Not satisfied with their approach of doing business.

One of the worst builder we had ever seen. Don't judge a book by its cover, this goes well with this builder. Forget the problem, you wont even get a response from the builder team if you raise an issue in your house or project. They are money minded people, take the money and handover the incomplete or worst quality house to you. You will soon regret the decision of buying an apartment from this builder. Very worst construction quality. Plastering issue and water seepage issue to entire building. Visit Dakshin Iyyappanthangal before making any decision.

1. water is very worst . they don't have any treatment plant. but when sell builder cheat they going to provide treatment plant

Now occupied flat oweners are unhappy.

   walls are very poor plastering. inside the house always brake and fall down. they use very poor quality material.
