I have purchased tulip orange, sec69 from tulip group(tulip infratech pvt ltd), gurgaon. I had a very bad experience with them. Though it is rare to find a builder in India which whom you will have a good experience, but I would rate experience with tulip group one of the worst.


Their senior management is never available to listen or face customer. Even if you wait for half a day, they will not bother to meet you for 5 minutes. All you will hear is that they are busy. All a customer gets it to talk to extremely inexperienced front end customer executives, who just know to say - "Sir, this is like this only, its our policy.nothing can be done".


you feel so helpless and irritated in talking to these that you end up cursing yourself and you end up accepting all the demands and documentation etc required. They will explore every possible way of getting extra money(in addition to price of apartment) out of customer, and if there is a delay from customer end in something - he will be heavily penalized.


But if delay is from tulip group end in file processing or any such thing, it hardly matters.


All I wish is that they can for a moment get out of monetary benefits and think of customers as human and at least give them respect and time, as after all most of customers have invested good amount of their life savings with tulip group.
