TVH vista project on hold

I believe most of you well aware of the status of the tvh vista project in coimbatore, it was supposed to delivered on june 2013 but last two years the project is on almost hold.

And they are just completing the structure work of the building and taking 95% of the money from the flat owners, who ever having the pending payment of less then 95%( even 5% or so)  have been threatened by the tvh for cancelation of the flat which means you are forced to pay 95% payment irrespective  of further delay for few more years or not sure if they are going to complete this project  and also they are  demanding the interest for delayed payment But they never answer on the completion/hand over of the flat,

Tvh staff behaviours very rude when we ask question on the status/ completion of the project, this builder lost the credibility and started showing their true colour throwing their political muscle,

All I can say that think 100 time and consult the existing the customers before considering to invest with this builder .We have been paying bank loan for past three years but no clue on when the project will complete!
