TVH Cheated a Middle Class consumer like me

This is to bring to your notice about a residential appartment purchased by me from a project namely Svaya that was developed by M/s. True Value Homes India(P) Ltd in Sriperambudur.

Subject appartment is located in a place called Sriperambudur which is one of the important outskirt of Chennai. Located behind Shri.Rajiv gandhi Memorial and sorrounded by Manufacturing Giants like Hyundai etc, this appartment was purchased with an intention of descent returns. I hail from a Middle Class family and employed in the banking sector. While booking the appartment, builder had given us false assurances about provision of various amenities including a CBSE school which has never happened till date. Firstly the appartment was handed over to us after a delay of 3.2years. Further one of the important assurance of "rental assurance" has never been complied till date despite executing an agreement with them to this tune. Secondly the appartment does not have a permanent electricity connection. All my attempts to rectify the same stands failed.

I strongly recommend consumers to be careful while purchasing properties from TVH.
