Super delayed projects - TVH Apartments

If you are buying from them think twice. They are either financially very weak and unable to deliver or just cheating people. TVH Vista Heights in Coimbatore - Tower 8 and 9 are now 7+ yrs delay. They still have not fully delivered. Further they refuse to pay delay compensation and keep saying we are working on it. For gods sake, does it so many years?

I wish high court/supreme court or government agency(hopefully not in the pocket of promoters of TVH) take a suo motu case against and bring justice to thousands left hanging by N Ravichandran
