TVH does not keep up their commitments.  They had delivered substandard products in my apartment in Coimbatore purchased from them and they have not even bothered to address it even after two years and several reminders.  They are now taking shelter on DLP and claiming that as per policy they cannot take up the repair work.


Even few weeks back they agreed to replace the defective items at thier own cost for which I have got mails too.  I have decided to go all out to get this addressed and shortly you will see some proceedings against them. I got this apartment in Coimbatore and I saw a lack of professionalism, no regard for customer satisfaction and their commitment too .  To know about this, Pl reach me at 81299 688** or in my emal id
