Don't go for TVH builders

We have booked a flat in TVH Svasti and they promised us to deliver at october 2011. Till now the have not completed. Here comes the story, They start booking the flats and they will construct the basic structure (pillar and ceiling) till the floors they have sold. they will collect 80% money from you , because they have laid ceiling of your respective floor. you will pay it and wait for the completion, but they would just delay it, till they sell each and every floor. Once they sold all, so every body would have paid 80% money right, then they would start to plan for phase 2. your phase 1 will just be delayed, till they sell out all the flats in phase 2. After selling out phase 2 by collecting 80% of money.

They would come back to phase 1 by holding the phase 2. They will complete phase1 partially and they would start to request you to pay the remaining amount amount even before the handover. Stilt +4 they would take 2 - 2.5 years. Since you bought it earlier, you need to pay interest to loan. This is the business model they follow. Unfortunately we have booked a flat with them. Next time, I will not let any one to book flats from them.

One of my friend requested me for my advice to buy a flat. Do you know the first thing I told him knowingly or unknowingly . Don't go for TVH projects !!!!!.

We should atleast save as many people as we can. What do you say?
