One of the worst project for TVH - Ouranya bay

Hello readers and potential investors in real estate markets. My son has purchased flat in TVH-Ouranya bay during launch period of 2009 and it was handed over only by 2012. The project has been supposed to be completed by 2012 and till now only 2 blocks fully completed in all aspects out of 6 proposed. Two is almost completed and another 2 blocks no plans as such.

I feel it is one of the worst project for TVH. Unfinished promises, half baked work. You have to and ask any resident there, whether they are happy with the purchase. They will tell one of the big mistake they have done in life. Till now unfinished common place, faulty lifts, do you know one day I got stuck in lift for 20 minutes with out electricity, there is back up electricity but not worked.

Please do not buy flat in TVH ouranya bay, you will suffer for life. If you have surplus black money to pour in please buy it.
