My Serious advice is please never buy flat from TVH. They give you very less UDS compared to other builders and the carpet area will be very very less against the square feet the quote you. The employees in TVH are very irresponsible and if you call them for any details we will end up with frustration.

I did a mistake by buying a flat in TVH Svasti and facing lot of issues.Piad around 10 lks as interest for 45 lks due to their delay in construction
