For trinity Neptune, there is no fire NOC and the upcoming tower is also under question with a case in the high court of Kerala. Kerala Building Rules say the approach road width to be 10 meters but Neptune and trinity world complex is not having the prescribed width.


I booked flat with great hopes but now I cannot start stay in my flat due to this. The builder - TALKS BIG, DELIVER LESS


For them all the issues are handled by them properly, then what about poor customer's money? Their staff will laugh at you, if you ask about your money.


They are arrogant, incapable to handle big projects and are outright selfish and greedy establishment who has a special skill to get NRIs to their trap. Please stay away.

Information provided in this review is completely false. Trinity Builders have Fire NOC and all other legal requirements are fulfilled. And people stay they happily there. I think these 3 reviews are put by someone purposefully. You can see the dat...e of these reviews all on same day and almost same time.
