I buyed a residential property from transcity developers in 2016 & my experience is really good. Society is surrounded with lot's of greenery and also have parks, playgrounds so that we can spend some good time with our family.

Through there are many good thinks with this builder but one of the best thing is that I got my possession on time. Also builder is so polite and behaves very decently. They also uses modern architecture in their residential projects.

I purchased a plot in Orchid Paradise from transcity developers in Devanahalli Bangalore. It was a good place with lot's of greenery surrounding. Also it's just 15 to 20 min drive away from bangalore International Airport and 10 min drive away from TCS-SEZ, where I am currently working.

I don't know what's the problem with others, but my experience with transcity developers were really good. The builder was very polite and behave very decently. Also I got flat on my possession date.
