'Wadhwa' a Bad Real Estate group!

Review On The Wadhwa Group, Mumbai

Wadhwa is one of the real estates group in Mumbai there are many completed projects of wadhwa group and there are many ongoing projects. I would like to share my experience with one of it's ongoing project in Ambernath West which is 'Daisy Garden'. I went on a sight seeing for that project. Before visiting that project I've contacted them and asked few details like the locations and how to get there etc etc. They sent me a pickup from Ambernath Railway station. When I asked them what was the distance from ambernath station? They said it was 1.8 kilometres but later I found out that the actual location was about 2.5 kilometres

They provided me the wrong informations about the electricity supply and water supply. The location was too remote. The construction of the building didn't seemed good. The elevators which were just a month old in the building were not maintained properly cause the lights and the fans weren't working.

I was very disappointed by this. Wadhwa was very bad!
