Don't every buy flats constructed by so called renowned builder "The Wadhwa group".

He has constructed a building in borivali west named tower. The quality of Constructionguru30 is worst than any SRA. Almost 80% of flats are having leakage issues and the leakage intensity is so high that people need to keep bucket for collectionof water. these kind of leakages are found in living room, kitchen and bedrooms.The pipes which are concealed are of poor quality. The taps which are used cannot sustain in water pressureso they break into pieces. The wiring done cannot sustain voltages thus causing fire @meter rooms.

This site is just 5 years old still have issues as if it's 30 years down.

This is not for jus a rivalry part.you can visit this building before buying flats from Wadhwa group of Constructionguru30s.
