I have purchase one BHK flat on August-2016, I got this flat at reasonable price, tharwani builder provides all the amenities which currently required for staying in place like badlapur, 24 hour water facility provided by the builder.

Whenever we register any complaint regarding house equipments they response within 48 hour.

in my flat kitchen tiles got damaged and I complaint regarding this, they replace kitchen tiles within three days.

They repaint my flats walls which are having air crack problem.

One of the worst experience of my Life.

Whatever they are committing they never adhere on their words, These are liar people.

They never understand problem of other peoples, Just they care about money that set.

If you are not able to provide posession on time then why you guys are committing the words.

I had purchased a 1 BHK Flat in Tharwani Residency in July-Aug 2011. As per the agreement possession of flat was to be done on March 2012 but it got delayed by 1 year 6 months. And the bank too disbursed almost all the amount to builder keeping around 1 lakh pending.

Thus I was paying the EMI right from start . So either the builder should pay the delayed months EMI or if I had put the flat on rent( Rs 8000) it comes to 1.5 Lakhs for 1 year 6 months. We brought this to builders notice but he was arrogant and rude. As I was suffering losses, I decided to sell the flat. Now the builder wants 1.2 lakhs as NOC which is totally unfair.

Also there was some open space in our project on which he has started G+4 building construction. This has totally screwed the look of building . I had to suffer financial loss as well as mental harassment . Please stay away from this builder.  He is corrupt, dishonest and rude. He will make a fool out of you and it will be the biggest mistake of your life.

His construction has 40-50% loading, so flats look very small.
